About Gentle Paws Mobile Grooming
Gentle Paws runs two fully outfitted grooming vans across Riverside, built around a simple idea: some pets do so much better in their own driveway than in a salon full of strange dogs and clippers buzzing on every side. Owner Dana Ferreira started the business after her own senior dog stopped eating for a full day after a stressful grooming trip, and set out to build something gentler.
Each van has a low ramp so older or mobility-limited pets never have to be lifted, and appointments run longer than a typical salon slot on purpose — there's no next client waiting in the lobby, so anxious pets get breaks instead of being rushed through. The team is based out of Riverside but covers the surrounding neighborhoods; ask when booking if you're just outside the usual radius.
